Parmesan Garlic Pizza Rolls – A Cheesy, Garlicky Delight!

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Step 2: Roll Out the Dough

  1. Unroll the pizza dough onto a lightly floured surface.
  2. Use a rolling pin to gently stretch the dough into a rectangle about 12×8 inches.

Step 3: Add the Cheese

  1. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  2. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan and Italian seasoning (if using) over the mozzarella.

Step 4: Roll and Slice

  1. Starting from one of the long sides, tightly roll the dough into a log.
  2. Use a sharp knife to slice the log into 1-inch pieces. Arrange the rolls cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart.

Step 5: Bake the Rolls

  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.

Step 6: Make the Garlic Butter Sauce

  1. While the rolls bake, melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
  2. Stir in the minced garlic and garlic powder, cooking for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley (if using).

Step 7: Finish and Serve

  1. As soon as the rolls come out of the oven, brush them generously with the garlic butter sauce.
  2. Serve warm with marinara sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.
