This recipe takes use of the ease of using a slow cooker to create a delicious supper that simmers to perfection while you go about your day. It blends ground beef steaks with a rich, creamy sauce.

Ingredients:

Two pounds of ground beef
Lipton Recipe Secrets, one packet Mixture of Onions for Soup
One can of Campbell’s Chicken Soup with Cream
Cream of Celery Soup, one can
One big onion, cut thinly
Half a cup of bread crumbs
One egg
one-fourth cup milk
To taste, add salt and pepper. Optional: add sliced mushrooms or other veggies.

Instructions:

Combine the ground beef, egg, milk, onion soup mix, and bread crumbs in a big basin. Add pepper and salt for seasoning.

Patties should be formed from the mixture and put on a baking pan covered with parchment paper.

To keep the liquids within, brown the patties in a skillet over medium heat for three to four minutes on each side.

If using, arrange the thinly sliced mushrooms and onions in the slow cooker’s bottom.

Place the browned burgers on top of the onions.

Combine the cream of celery soup and cream of chicken soup in a different bowl. Over the patties in the slow cooker, pour this mixture.
